dc.description.abstract As part of the feasibility study of the proposed mullet farm, the local market for animal protein was investigated. The investigation was done to provide some information on the marketability of farm-raised fish, as well as on how these fish might compete on the market with artisanal catch and alternative animal protein supplies.
